Journeysend, I have a question. How do you track your Ideal Protein foods on Fit Day? I searched for them but couldn't find them. Do I have to input all the info for these foods? Thanks so much!

Hi Yes you have to input the IP foods into your custom foods, but only the one time then after when you click on custom foods they will be there!! It is worth the time to input all your IP foods.
If you have more questions please ask!!:hug:

I was at a point a few weeks ago I realized I have been on every diet their is...except this one. I have been on and off thyroid medicane because my doctor that that is why my weight was climbing to 280! The medicane made me gain weight...he uped my dose to the highest allowed...I still gained more. I got a trainer and worked out 5 days a week at the gym and after a few months, gained weight! I was like wth? So I just decided god wanted me fat! Then a few gals I work with started this diet. After a month they both lost tons of weight! I was proud of them and jealous as well! So I decided to grow balls and make an appt! Glad I did! You guys are all great. I have my first weigh in tomorrow and very nervous! I havent cheated and I hope the scale shows. I havent figued everything out on the website yet, but will try to get pics uploaded!! Thanks for all the support!!

Washington girls are in the house! :-) I started on 10.10.10. Down 4.8 lbs my first week, WI #2 tomorrow... A little nervous (as I always am), but I know that I tried my hardest this week and whatever happens, I'm making better decisions for my family and me. My husband is a newly diagnosed diabetic and so he's eating the same diet that I'm eating! It makes life easier. I have a few co-workers that are also on this plan and that helps for support during the day.

This forum is REALLY helpful - checking in here every day, I get support, tips and friendship from other people who have walked this path before. I'm glad you found it! Good luck!

Hi Wanna:

I have been on the program for 8 weeks now and have lost a total of 43-1/2 pounds which I am so very proud of.

The biggest thing for me is that I have NOT had any success in the past with trying to lose weight on my own.

I am just floored by this program and how it is helping me lose weight. It truly is unbelievable.

I feel more confidence in myself and feel that I have a "glow" going.

People are now starting to notice the weight loss and are commenting on it --- which boosts my self-esteem like never before.

Best of luck to you on this program --- if you stick to it, it does work!!!

Good luck with your weigh-in!
When I started the program I was addicted to Starbucks bottled Frappuccinos, and boy did I have brain fog for the first couple of weeks when I was coming off the caffeine! I had thought I would never be able to get myself going without it. But now I feel like I am running on clean energy, and my thinking is much clearer without those blood sugar crashes that happened before lunch every day.

I know exactly what you mean about seeing the person in the mirror and knowing that isn't the real you. What is great is the feeling that your true self is coming back into physical reality as you progress through this program. In my case it's also a feeling of getting younger, I really feel like I did when I was in my twenties, hopeful and enthusiastic about my future!

This isn't just a diet it's a reclamation of one's self.:goodvibes
