I'm in, my husband starts Phase 3 tomorrow, while I am still in Phase 1 with 30+ lbs to go. I need the challenge to keep my eyes on the prize and not on his breakfast.
I think I'll just make the Halloween challenge so 15 pounds seems like a good challenge for me. Slow but steady...my husband is going in to maintenance next week, I started baking his whole grain bread for Phase 3 and haven't been tempted at all but the challenge will keep me alert.

Good morning, I am on phase 1 and haven't seen the protocol for phase 3. I have made bread in the past. I am interested in the bread recipe you are using for phase 3. Thanks, Judy
