This challenge will start Nov 1. and end Dec 22. I will start a thread for it on that date with a link to the spreadsheet.

This will be my first challenge - I'm assuming that it means that we use our starting weight on the 1st and count down from there?

Yes that is the way it works..your weight on Nov 1st and then once a week til Dec 22. Looks like it is going to be great... 45 have signed up so far!!!
