OK - I'm in! Even though I'll be traveling for at least three of those weeks (one in November, one weekend in Dec. and then the week of xmas) I'll see if the challenge can help me keep focused!!

let's do it!! 15-20 either works, may be tricky with holiday parties, but this should be a good motivator-- and our clothes fitting more loose

The bread I bake is a 5 grain sour dough. I'll be glad to email you the recipe. It uses a wild yeast (sourdough) starter and the formula may have steps in it that you are unfamiliar with. I teach Artisan Bread baking and have written a booklet for my classes. If you think you'd like to try it I'll email both the formula and the booklet to you.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss - it's inspiring.

Me too, me too? I made all my own bread before this program. I'll need a new starter, but I would [I]love[I] to have good information. And thanks in advance, so very much .

Count me in! It will tie right in with my own personal challenge 28x28 (28lbs lost by my 28th birthday - Dec. 13).

I'm definitely in. The Halloween challenge helped keep me on track during a recent trip.
