There are other links. I think I will just add the pages here and people can find what is in their area. Not all of them have recipes or discussions but some do and they are GREAT!

Which clinic did you say you have a facebook page for? I haven't been able to tell by the writing style.

Lol Carla - mine is a private IP page called "Little Buddies IP Group" ... cheesy I know, but it started out for just me and a few girlfriends on the program and then my coach got involved and asked if she could invite clients and it went from there....

My coach has a page, but it stinks. There's nothing there and nobody every goes there. I've tried to "get it going" but it just isn't.
