Any tips on how to get my zucchini chips to be crispy? I've made 3 batches and so far they don't even come close to a crispy chip like texture

My daughter and I made zucchini chips this weekend. We used the Salad Master slicer to cut them about 1/4" thick, sprayed the cookie sheet with Olive Oil PAM, laid them out and sprayed the tops with OOP. We baked them at 400 degrees for 10 minutes on first side, then turned them and baked about 5-6 more minutes, watching constantly that they didn't burn. They DID turn brown, but were crisp and delicious with a little sea salt sprinkled on them. I was hoping to have some to take to school this week, but they were gone before the evening was over

I remember an afternoon when I was three and my mother held me up to the phone on the wall so I could hear my father say he was coming home. The last time I'd hear him was over the claxtons screaming the shipping out noise. It sure was memorable, but. . . .
Linden Thank you for all your encouraging, supportive posts, like this one. The word that most comes to mind is "Lovely."

Sorry that your memory of LD phone calls is so bittersweet.

Default I'm a bra band-anista!

Nonscale victory (NSV): This weekend I FINALLY went shopping for some new bras. The old ones Just didn't fit me anymore. I'm down two band sizes, and unlike some, I'm pleased that my cup size has stayed the same. Even better I was able to buy some that weren't expensive, an important consideration because I probably won't be wearing them for long.

Two (very unladylike) snickers for each ball; and one (thoroughly disgusting but so satisfying) snort just for you. I will do this as soon as I get up off the floor.

Good evening IP friends. It is so nice to know that I can come here anytime for support and encouragement. You all are just wonderful!
I made it through day one of the conference and stayed on plan. I am drinking lots of water and decaf coffee and tea to help. I did bring my IP packets and will have them at least 3 times each day.
Thanks again for being here!
Have a wonderful evening!
Smiles to everyone!
