I have started this program.. thx to DH on August 13, 2010 - around 40ish days ago... and last I WI I was at -39lbs! This program is great... im Insulinoresistant and its the first time im able to easily lose weight while feeling great!

I started last Tuesday - had my weigh in last night and I lost 6 pounds! So excited! The diet is going well for me... glad we get something sweet at night after dinner - it saves me!
Hey Jackie, 32 pounds. Given your starting weight, and your weight now, that's 10% of your weight. That's wonderful.
Hey Linden, great point! I remember how hard and long it took to get my 10% with Weight Watchers, and how much faster it was for me on IP. Joining with BIG congrats to Jackie!
My 7 week weigh in was last night as my total lost so far is 33 pounds and 20 inches... Had I known that weight loss was this easy, I would have done it a long time ago!!!! I love Ideal Protein!
Hi there! I am into my 6th wk (started 8/11) and have lost 18 lbs, which averages out to 3 lbs a week. Looking at my progress record, there have been wks where I lost 1 lb, but also lost inches; the following wk I was down another 3 lbs, so it's sort of an up and down cycle. I am learning to not depend so much on the numbers as a gauge to my progress-it can really mess with my head and is a precarious road to field. That my clothes are looser, and that more importantly my energy level is high are gradually replacing that 'numbers' hook, if that makes any sense. That I've learned portion control and basically taught my body to accept smaller meals, and am understanding what food actually tastes like (without the additional sugar, etc) have been hallmarks. Hi I have been on IP sense April down to goal and on phase 3. I love IP and what it has done for me. I have my confendence back and I am proud of myself.
