a late hello to everyone. just felt like sharing my week 1 results: -4.2 lbs and around 3.5 inches. Not too impressed with inches but happy with the weight. Week 2 here we go. I just want to make 10 lbs within 2-3 week and then I'll be a believer. Wish me luck.

So true. I didn't like the mango drink at first so I didn't get any for awhile, then on a whim I picked up one for this week and had it today. Yummy!

I agree; it is a GREAT feeling! This evening I went shopping for nylons and couldn't resist trying on dresses and jeans in small sizes. I don't need any new clothes right now, but I find it both rewarding and motivating to try on clothes in smaller sizes.
