Blogging about IP and weight loss
 

I hope this is okay to share here, but since I don't have any ads or means of making money on my blog, I'm thinking it should be okay.

I've been keeping a blog for quite awhile, though there are definitely some periods when I don't have time to write. Today, was the first time I wrote about what I was doing to lose weight and being on IP. It's much more than just a diet program, but a life change.

Anyway, maybe it will mean something to someone here...
