Question what helps the bloating?

I had an off protocol weekend and now my stomach feels so bloated and full even when I'm hungry. I feel like I just need a colon cleanse or something. I'm back on protocol, now...started back 100% on Monday 2/28. What will help me get back the unbloated feeling I had before? Do you think it will show on the scale? I have a WI Wed.

Thanks!
Stacey

Eating the diet as it is written and getting plenty of water are the only 2 things I know of that will correct the feeling.

You were quite likely intolerant/insensitive to the foods you ate. Your body has to adjust to that exposure.

It may or may not show by wednesday. It is an individual adjustment.
