Hello everyone...well this is my first time on here and I hope it helps....I’ve been thinking of going on the IP diet for a couple of weeks now. I’m thinking that my husband would have to go on it as well in order to be more successful. I'm just wondering if it will be enough food for him. Do the men have a different plan from the women? I have only been able to read to a couple of posts as I’m at work!! So..is this diet really that good? Is it much different than everything else out there? is it a slow are fast weight loss? Is it very expensive?
I know these are a lot of questions and as mentioned by linden i should real all the posts...but it just is not possible to do that right now....
