nitenic.....where do they get some of their coaches. Who cares how you pay? Never heard that you could drink too much water....I agree with Novak. Just stick with us sweetie!!!
soon2b....So sorry you are feeling bad. I agree it is the stress. You'll be so glad you stuck to the program..... Kelsey....just wanted to tell you again that I love the hair and the outfit. Best of luck on the outcome of the interview... Carla....you look great. Glad you liked the analogy of the "boobage". LOL |
nitenic
again, i apologiz for things g may say to you. i know she's a tough cookie and "tell ya how it is" kind of person. sometimes it's a little too harsh. i say print out the lindora nutritional content, take it in there next thursday, show her and tell her-look, this is what i would like to do. if you can't support me in this then i'll have to do this on my own." and again, i am so sorry she hurt your feelings today. she has the best intentions, she really just comes across abrasive at times. melissa you look stunning! why so down about the interview? i bet you did fantastic! who wouldn't just love you to pieces?? |
Awsome first week Steph26. Keep it up. Don't you feel GREAT?!?! Just completed my second week. Down 3 pounds.

My only concern is running out of the potassium calcium but I just bought a new bottle a few weeks ago that I haven't opened so I should at least be set for the next 3 months or so. Thank you soooo much for your offer to help! I'm gonna review posts from other folks who have done it on their own and will definitely reach out if I have any questions. The kicker is I didn't even USE any of the vanilla RTDs in the last week, I did all IP products! I just have so much IP stuff left over from the weeks that I did use Lindora and Pure Protein that I really didn't need to buy a third box to add to my collection. At one point during our not so nice convo she asked me if I wanted to end things and I said yes and surprisingly she backed down a bit. I was planning to go back next week just to show her that yes, despite what this crazy scale is saying right now I am losing weight but after thinking about it longer, I decided that trying to prove something is really not worth the stress. I am doing this for me and my health alone. Funny thing about that scale: it showed the same thing as last week. Keep in mind this was the latest that I've ever weighed in with her and I'd had my usual daily water consumption, although I stopped drinking at 1:30 even though I was still thirsty. According to my home weigh in, I've lost 4 lbs this week so I didn't believe it so she had me step off and weigh again. Same number but everything on the bottom row said ERR. She said don't worry about that stuff. So then she goes to do measurements and all of a sudden she wants those numbers. I step back on the scale and in less than 5 minutes my weight went up 2 lbs. See why I hate that scale??? Anyways, I already canceled next week's appointment and I feel tons better and excited about the program again. I suspect this was long overdue for me. |

i am so unbelievably proud of you for standing up for yourself. you will do this and we will all be here to help you along the way! oh and i just went to heb plus earlier and picked up a bag of dry roasted/salted soybeans in the produce dept. $1.99 A BAG! try them, they're really yummy for snacks and identical to the $3 per bag of ip soynuts:) |
ehhhhm...hello. the numbers on my ticker have changed :)
I am tickled very much by this; even though currently all toes on both my feet are cramped due to squats. |

Linden....yes, I have heard of that, too, but I think it is fairly rare and I was sure the amount that we were talking about wasn't going to be a problem. Thanks for the info.

Definitely reminds me of Sunkist and it does taste better than the other stuff. :D |
