Sore Stomach in the Morning

Lately I've been waking up eary with my stomach being really sore. After I eat breakfast it seems to get better. I'm getting concerned as this has been going on for a while. It's so sore it actually wakes me up. Anyone else had this happen?:?: I've been on IP since April 5th.
