Default TOO much protein? Is it possible??

i ingested 132 g of protein today by following Phase 2 protocol, i have heard that you need to take your body weight and divide it by 2 to find the best protein gram consumption for your weight. I am now wondering...is there TOO much protein that can go into your system and negatively affect your losses? any help would be GREATLY appreciated

You are right that you need 1/2 gram of protein for every pound of your lean (ideal) weight as a minimum daily. If you are athletic you can go up to 1 gram per pound. If 155 is your goal, then you want to eat somewhere around 77 + depending how active you are. If you get higher you put strain on kidneys and liver. Remember, the 1/2 gram is the minimum that you need daily. Good luck with phase 2.
