Phase 1 carb goal?
I know I've seen this as I've waded through the forum, but can't find it now. I see people talk about watching the number of carbs eaten during phase one. One week into this, I'm starting to think I might as well pay attention to that if it will help me lose more successfully! Any help?

My coach suggested no more than 25 carbs per day. If you stick the plan strictly, 25 isn't an issue.
