First day on IP - I'm going to explode!

I got my packets and had my preliminary meeting with my coach last night--weighed in at a number that almost made me faint. So this morning I started off with a Cappuccino drink.

I can't finish it. I feel so bloated I think I may levitate. I'm sipping it really slowly, trying to get it all down.

I don't normally eat much breakfast, just several cups of tea (I had ONE this morning, plus a glass of water--I drink a lot of water, so nothing unusual there) and a piece of cheese, normally.

I also weighed several pounds LESS on my old scale this morning (before I started the diet) than I did last night at the clinic, so I feel I have a little "head start."

Will check in again in a few days if I'm not lying in pieces all over my house. ;)

Hang in there Meggie! The first few days are tough, but once you get past the headaches/nausea/sugar withdrawals/adjustment to new diet you will start to feel fantastic and full of energy. This diet really works...stick it out and the result will definitely be worth the hardship! :)
