Welcome to the IP subforum of the 3 Fat Chicks Forum. I'm sorry you are feeling poorly, it will get better in a couple of days, just hang in there. I was fortunate and only suffered mild headaches. Do you drink your mixed up packets out of the shaker bottle? I do, I think it works best for me that way because I don't have to smell what I'm drinking.
