I'm so glad today is a brand new day- I feel 10000% better. I started out with an omelet with added mushrooms and green bell peppers. It honestly tasted like an omelet I had at Kerby Lane a few weeks ago. I think I could sustain strictly off of chocolate pudding and omelets.
Good luck today everyone!

I LOVE Kirby Lane....especially the gingerbread pancakes. That sounds like a special treat in phase 4! I used to live downtown next to Whole Foods!

I LOOOOOOVE that Whole Foods. I have to limit how many times I drive down there a week because I always end up in there...and spending money.

Congrats KimAnn, Erin, SeattleSunshine, HockeyMom and Doxi on your magnificent losses! So inspiring! (Hope I didn't forget anyone here...so many of you posting big numbers and NSVs!!)
Welcome to all the newbies! This forum will undoubtedly be a great source of information and support, as it has been to me and many others here.
I'm still struggling with the big C, even though I've been taking the IP Floralax pills and drinking a ton of water every day. I feel so heavy all the time and it's driving me nuts! I went out this morning and bought some Senna tea as suggested by a few of you here. I'll be drinking some tonight before bed as directed. I'm really not a tea person at all, but I'll force it down...I don't want another disappointing weigh in on Monday night!
On a funny note, I made turnip chips last night for my dinner (I made my hubby and son roasted potatoes). I told my hubby to try one of the turnip chips because they are so good, an awesome substitute for potatoes, yada yada. Guess I played them up too much because you should have seen the look on his face when he tried it...pure disgust! Usually he and I agree on what tastes good and what doesn't, so IP must have really changed my tastebuds! :0)

mmmm kerbey lane.... i added some cinnamon to my pancakes last week-seriously reminded me of their pancakes!
i'm thinking about getting some pumkin pie spice to make their yummy pumpkin pancakes too
Thanks y'all, I feel great, finally in the 160's and so close to goal I can taste it.
Christina
Good luck on the tea, make sure you drink at least 16 oz of water after the tea, it helps "clean" you out. I use it about two-three times a week and feel much better since starting

Wow you are all doing so well!!
Regarding the big C. I also had this problem on many occasions. Since my IP coach is also a master herbalist, natural health practitioner and Nutritionist, I am SUPER lucky. She has not only addressed my diet but my overall health and I feel great. I have been taking regular supplements and have never again had a problem. She is soooo amazing and I consider myself very fortunate. She also has me taking my CAL-MAG before bed which has helped me sleep much better!!
