I had my first offical weigh in today with my doctor.
Lost 9lbs - very happy with that.
Lost 0.75 inches off the chest - ah shrinking man boobs!...sweet!
Lost 1.00 inch off of the belly (waist) - draining the keg...woohoo...(always said I had a keg to my friends with 6 pks)
Lost 0.25 inches off the hips - this is good
Lost 0.25 inches off the arm - I have fairly muscular arms from lifting but I do have some fat on the back side so I was excited to see I'd lost some there too!
My BMI was down 0.4% which isn't much but with everything else I think its all heading in the proper direction. I love this program!
