I did the exact same thing! Hate to miss out on a good special and enjoy these as a change of pace on IP.

I buy the WF dressing from the Swanns gym, but they charge 7$ a bottle, but buy the time you buy it in the states with shipping its almost more. The packets at the gym are $ 3.50, I think thats a pretty good price. Have you girls checked out the Swann gyms, maybe you can get ip products there cheaper then your Dr, or chiro office.

hey girls! how do you find the flavor of rtd shakes at costco? they would be handy to have on hand but I don't normally drink protein drinks and its a bit intimidting to get case at once! LOL I have protein powder but I usually make the cookie instead (but this is at home).

Are these proprietary to costco or could I perhaps find a single one for sale at GNC or walmart?

I find the flavour just fine. Not the biggest chocolate fan in the world but the Premier shakes are good. Maybe not as sweet or creamy as the IP shakes. I was using these for my breakfast long before doing IP. Always have some on hand at work for those missed breakfast and lunches esp when life gets busy! No comparison between RTD and protein powders...I much prefer the RTD's.

Our walmart had the atkin shakes on for 7.98 for 4. They usually have them on for 9.98. I find them very similar to the IP ones and half the price! Atkins Advantage - 15 g protein, 9 grams fat, 2 grams carbohydrate, 150 calories

The Premier Nutrition bars at 72 g are 75% heavier than IP bars which weigh in at 41 grams. The PN bars have twice the protein (30) and 1.67 times the carbs (25) of IP bars (15,15). 'nuff 'rithmetic for me tonight!

Thank you for whoever posted the low carb canada site, I bought 7 bottles of different WF products at 4.49 and only cost me 8.00 for shipping. When I went to my WI my coach said I could buy them from her. I said well I have to cut the cost somewhere as I would like to stay on IP for a month or so then switch to alternative items, she wasnt to happy lol. I told her well you have my money anyways from the gym membership its not that bad. But she is very nice I like going there, and gives me time to learn more and find out what the other canadian ip girlies are eatting in place if ID.

Just received my salt order from Well.ca - Loved the quick service and my order had free shipping. They sent me coupon codes to share with friends to save $10.00 on your first purchase if you buy $40.00 or more before taxes. Code is FRIEND10 if anyone is interested! Prices are better than buying from my IP clinic with 9 oz for $6.15. Their seasoning salt is quite good too!

Default Tomato Basil Soup and RTD

From what I'm reading about the tomato basil soup (pink colour, yes with a "u" because this thread is for Canadians, you "Yanks" & "Rebs") it's the same formulation as the Dr. Bernstein product.

If you're looking to stock up and/or save money, you could try buying the RTD shakes (Dr. B has vanilla, chocolate and mocha) and the tomato basil soup. I've purchased the RTDs in their clinics. Has anyone ordered off their web site?

Just checked in at Costco and asked why they haven't already & when are they planning to carry the vanilla shakes from Premier. They didn't have an answer for me so I fired off an email to Premier asking when this was going to happen. Will keep you posted when I hear back from them.

Default Farm Boy Lemon and Garlic Dressing

If you're having a hard time with the WF dressings (I know I am!) my coach suggested the Lemon and Garlic dressing made and sold at Farm Boy and it is soooo good!! (And it's all natural)

Question New regulations in Canada?

Has anyone had the new regs shared with them here? I asked my coach about it today, at my WI and she said she hadn't heard a word about them and seemed surprised when I told her what I'd read. She was really surprised at the adding of the red and yellow peppers and the increase in protein for dinner. I'm just wondering if they've not come up here yet. Inquiring minds want to know....

My coach didn't know about the changes either.
