I need a little help explaining the importance of the 4 cal/mags we take everyday. Thanks to the support here, I have a friend starting the IP journey with me today. She plans to lose 120lbs, but the coach did not review what was in here starter kit, and said she was out of Cal/mag, so she would give it to her next week. I thought that was irresponsible. If we need to take 4 of them I would expect they are rather important.
Oh wise ones.....what is the reasoning behind Cal/mag, and some of its benefits. I okay explaining the potassium part.
