I am new here and I sure wish I had found this forum earlier. I went on the Ideal Protein Diet the first week of February and I have lost a total of 33 lbs!!! I am five pounds away from my goal weight of 120. I am so thrilled that I finally got here and I can't believe I finally did it. However next Tuesday I am going on vacation....A CRUISE!!!! For THREE WEEKS!!! My husband is the best and he is treating me to a trip of a lifetime. I know I am gona be tempted to eat all the wrong things and I am so stressed about it
... I started surfing the net today to find a suppost group and I found you!!!! So I know I am gona get some good advise from you guys. I need to know how to handle this I just don't want to come home all plumped up like a ball park Frank....Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
