This is my first day. I am very excited about Ideal Protein. How do you add the line on the bottom tracks your weight?

Welcome to IP, it is a great program, the best I have ever tried yet and believe me I have tried almost all of them!!!
I found that if I took it one day at a time and 10lb mini goals that pretty soon, WOW I had hit TWO MINI goals!!!!!
There is lots of info and support here, go to the weekly IP chats and join in.
I started this thread to see if there was anyone out there my age so we could maybe relate better on some issues.
