I am two weeks into the Ideal Protein Diet! Before, I would go out to dinner socially, fairly regularly. I would love some insight as to restaurants and menu items that people have found to be excellent for the IP diet! Please Help!

I was wondering the same thing because I have dinners and things I have to go to every weekend for the next month and I was worrid about it!
