WOW! Awesome! What are the prices and do they sell it by the packet or by the 7-packet box? Matol also carries most of the same protein packs but under their name of Matol and it's more expensive than IP prices even though the manufacturer is the same.

is anyone else in US have a problem with getting their IP food? my clinic is pretty much out of everything but all the yucky and/or restricted stuff. They said their shipment was stuck at customs as FDA has a problem.

for me today was good; stuck to the plan fully; 4 hours of yard work, yoga, dinner, now a movie and if the sun lets me I'll be taking a walk to go buy my pellegrino.

I'm suprised that you can buy IP products without the coach either in person or over the phone(computer). Thought that was part of the diet(to be monitored). Interesting.

She went to Olive Garden and had the lasagna, salad, AND desert she said! ON the Sunday she had barbecue porksteaks. She said she didn't try to go super crazy but had to high calorie meals for sure. Yes she lost 5.2 new lbs at her next weigh. It took her a couple of days to get back into ketosis then she said after that she felt like she was losing again, and then she did.

Not that I would advocate this but sometimes I do think that the body needs a shock.

Not sure if any of you other ladies experienced this, but I am losing at a rate of 1.5 lbs a week. I am strictly on IP and have been doing everything as directed. It took me 13 weeks to drop 25 lbs and I still have 20 more to go before I can reach my goal weight. Does that mean I have another 3 months of this? becaue honestly, I don't think I can do it anymore

Sarkbait- I am starting to average a pound a week too.(7 wks to lose last 10 lbs) Ugh!! But this morning I am finally at 189------a real accomplishment after weeks of hoping! So this helps my motivation a lot!!
Ibdadozer-I may still take your advice sometime soon but not yet since I finally got to the 180sssssssssss. A 5 pound loss for one week would be so great!!
Happy Mother's Day Everyone!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Remember, the best thing we can do for those we love, and who love us, is to be healthy so that we can be around for as long as possible. Here's to a wonderful IP week

Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there!! You are all such a blessing to those in your life! Keep on shedding those pounds and getting healthy for those who love you! Speaking as one of the younger ladies on the forum I must say that I am thankful for all of your wisdom through this process!

I am way behind on posts!! Sorry for being MIA this week - I am in the middle of finals week (last paper gets turned in tomorrow!).

I had my week 8 weigh in this morning and I am down 2lbs, and 2 inches. I kind of feel like my weight loss is slowing down. I was hoping to see the 140's much sooner...but on a happy note my waste size is officially in the 20's!!!! 29.5 that is. So excited!

I am moving in 3 weeks and I know I will probably have to go off the plan during our road trip since we will be camping and then staying at a friend's house. Any advice on camping while on IP?

SARKBAIT~ why don't you move into Phase 2? Also, your weight was only 159 lbs to begin with (yes, I realize you're only 5"2') but for those of us who start out at a much higher weight and have more to lose, it will come off faster initially. The 3-5 pounds a week doesn't seem to stick after the first 8 weeks. Has anyone here continued to lose 3-5 pounds a week after 8 weeks??? I don't think it's a good idea to stay in Phase 1 more than 90 days for more reasons than one. Remember, you're losing inches and fat which weighs less than muscle! Whatever the case, I'd move onto Phase 2 on Day 91---for your health, your sanity, your pocketbook, and much more.

TO CKANABLE: IP is actually easy when camping. I've done it! You have your convenient little packages, shake with water, and there ya go. Have a burger off the campfire "grill"; skewer some whole mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini shish kabob style. Mmmm, mmmmm! Put your oil in a leak proof bottle, take your salt and gallons of good drinking water. I've done it; very easy and totally possible. You just need to have a cooler on hand keeping things cool. Lots of hard boiled eggs and pre-cooked foods are good, too. Don't go off plan unless you have to!

Happy Mother's Day!!

Just got home last night from a girls 2 day away shopping trip. I am so proud of myself, never cheated once. When I got up this morning and weighed myself, I was down 2 lbs. That was so worth not giving into my temptations. Tomorrow will be the start of my 5th week on IP and so far I have lost 21lbs.

Congratulation to everyone on their weight loss!!

Have a fabulous Mother's Day!!
