I completely agree with Liz. It's all about maintaining the correct PH in your body. My coworker (also on the plan) was having a bottle of Perrier nightly and it completely threw her body off. She didn't gain weight but she wasn't loosing any either. Different people's bodies are more/less sensitive to certian items.

My coach said it is best to stay with plain and simple water - they recommend no carbonation because it tends to be more acidic, which does not allow the cells to heal and do what they need to do to shed the weight. I had asked about perrier, etc., and she told me no.
She also explained, that this is the time to make changes that will ensure a lifestyle change that will be necessary to keep the weight off. Just wanted to share another viewpoint. |
