I gave up all artificial sweeteners, god it's been hard! Esp with dollar drink days at McDonald's. I'm looking into making my own iced tea though with honey and stevia.

The hardest bit I had to do was give up caffeine totally (not even TEA), I was miserable for two weeks. I've cut back considerably though now.
