And I LOVE the BBQ sauce! Very yummy! I will continue to use this sauce long after I am finished with the IP Plan!!
Can you explain just how to make your vinagarette with the jelly please? I would like to try it.

This is my 3rd day on IP and so far so good. This website is a god send and I find the comments very helpful. I have a feeling I will be on this site just about everyday if not definitely on the days I weigh in.

Welcome to the group. I learn more here than from my coach. You will find this site to be addicting. Good luck with your 1st week!

Thanks BlueMermaid from reading the comments it looks like some people have amazing weekly weight loss and others not so great. Is that because everyone is different or is there something I should know as a newbie?

I have made large quantities in the past, but was not very successful because the jelly tends to absorb any liquid I add. So now I make this on a need to use basis! I use my shaker and add 1-2 tsp of the jelly, 2tbsp of white vinegar, drop or two of EVOO and several dashes of my favourite blends of Mrs Dash and give it a good shake! Delish!!!!

I think everybody's body reacts different to the diet. As long as you stick to the plan, your body will lose what it is capable of losing. Make sure to drink all your water. The common thing is we all lose weight!

I do like Oatmeal, and I am not a fan of this one. My husband who doesn't like Oatmeal at all (he is on the program with me) doesn't like it either. However, I have added cinnemon to other stuff (cappuccino and orange pancake) and it has turned out delicious, so maybe I will give it another go.

The natural food stores near us have WF products also. It seemed many of the products cost about $3.99 a bottle. Is that a good price?

Down two more pounds this week. Things have slowed a bit. Hoping they will pick up again soon.

Jordanna -
I am so excited for you. You have done so well in such a short period of time. Your husband will be so surprised when he comes home. I can't wait to hear his reaction when he sees you. He will be so proud.
I don't know how you have done it. There were a few times when I wanted to quit but my husband really encouraged me and helped me.
Great job!!!!

Thanks Eastcoastmama! I think I would just be devastated if he doesn't notice so I'm really hoping it's enough to keep me going. I've been really really strict with myself, trying to stay below 25 - 30 carbs a day and I've had the sour cream & onion soy puffs once and that's the only restricted item I've had in 5 weeks!

I found that www.netrition.com sells WF products for $3-4 each with a flat $4.95 shipping.

I just checked out your blog and the pictures. Your husband would have to be blind not to notice! Your face has slimmed so much and I'm sure that's true for other parts not shown in the photo!!!!! He will be so proud of you!!! Keep up the hard work!
