i was told by the IP rep that you can only use 2 tbsp per serving of the walden farms products per serving. he said that the breakdown on the bottle is only for 2 tbsp and does not apply should you use more....maybe don't quite drink it straight from the bottle!! lol

I too am a scale hopper every chance I get. I am not as bad as I used to be though because I can't see my scale in the dark anymore due to a different scale and don't want to turn the light on to see how much I weigh. My scale had seemed pretty stagnant all week but I must have got rid of some water today because at my official weigh in I was down 2.4 lbs. I always hope for more but am satisfied if I can lose 2 lbs. Going to Vegas Friday though and plan on not worrying about the diet so much for 4 days. I have been very strict for 6 weeks and am ready for a small break.

My coach did not limit my intake, but said to use it within reason. So drinking it straight from the bottle may not be their idea of within reason. I'm curious now about the 2 tbsp so I'll have to ask on Thurs when I weigh in.
I have not used Truvia or Stevia, just Splenda. What's anyone's opinions on them as far as taste?

All coaches seem to have different opinions. Some say splenda only, some truvia, some even say aspartame is okay....depends on the coach.

Weigh in
Well, down a few more pounds and inches. I am halfway to my goal! I have found this the easiest diet that I have been on (and I've done em all).

I use Stevia, and in my opinion, it tastes better. On top of that, no carbs
But be careful using it. it is a LOT sweeter than sugar is

My dad uses alot of walden farm thousand island dressing on his salad and hes been losing consistent 5-6 lbs per week.
I mean he uses it a TON.
So as of now..I wouldnt see why there is a limit, and if there is, there obviously isnt a reason.

When you chop and sautee rounds of this, the interior resembles cucumber. Is it possible this is a friendly squash we are allowed to have? (You know what I mean, like we are not allowed to have any root vegetables but we CAN have radishes and turnips). I don't know how it compares nutritionaly with zucchini but I hope we can have it, it's good! Let me know

Wyo Sky, I don't have the answer to whether or not we are allowed summer squash. But fresh, cooked summer squash has a similar nutritional profile to fresh, cooked zucchini -- including the carb level and glycemic load. So, I myself wouldn't hesitate to eat it.

Thanks BlueMermaid. I hope I don't let the drama and stress get to me too much b/c that's the usual story around here. I start to take on everyone else's stress, etc and start to neglect myself. I'm hoping that since I'm in the mindset that it's my turn now, to focus on what mom needs, that I'll continue that path.
Congrats on your loss as well. I'm banking that while you're on your trip, even if you do indulge in some things, you'll probably make wiser choices b/c of what all you've learned doing IP. At any rate, have fun!
