I'll rescan and post Phase 4, the attachments are on page 5 for all the others! The things that stick out for Phase 4 is
Breakfast- Fat, Protein, Carb, Fruit Lunch- Protein, Veggies, Fats NO CARBS (because of when the energy is available) Dinner- Protein, Veggies, Complex Carb, Fruit NO FATS (because your body will make it stay during sleep) Snack- Protein Fats were listed as- butter, cheese, milk, yogurt, margarine So... I figured it out. I have to eat pizza for breakfast. Whole wheat pita, homemade sauce, lowfat cheese and pineapple and ham!!! |

baseballmom, I went back and found the posts!! Okay, have some extra time on my hands at work right now so went in and figured out Phase 2 for you. Looks like you eat 1100-1200 calories and have approx 45-50 carbs. I used some high based carbs though for a more real feel. And that is all if you use WF dressings. You will go more toward the 1200 and 50 if you eat your own dressings or other dressings. Going to do Phase 3 now.

Looks like Phase 3 is 1500-1600 calories all, and approx 100-120 carbs depending on your choices. I went for conservative choices (like non-fat yogurt as the dairy vs cheese).

Thank you! I did, but focused more on the early stages, will have to go reread it! Looks like Burritos could be dinner, but Quesadillas will have to be for breakfast! Also, I'm planning on almond butter, banana sandwiches for breakfast. Looks like breakfast will be my favorite meal of the day!!!

I feel like a PIG & want to go back on the diet now. Last night I had a healthy serving of an american/asian chicken dish with brown rice & a great salad. After I left that resturant, I went to the Dairy Queen & got a small blizzard & ate 1/2 my sons hot dog, then to Perkins for a cinnamon roll. This morning I ate 3 donuts & if there were more, I would eat them all too! AHHHHHH! Who have I turned into? I hope to be able to move my bday dinner up to tomorrow night, not next Saturday so that I can STOP this feeding binge I am on! I will have to hit the Gymnevia HARD when I get back on plan next week.

MeghanO- I SO hope you can move it up! For me, I have to think that I have this carb disease. My body just can't have it, I know I'm super sensitive to it. So, I'll have to live the rest of my life eating only good carbs, when I hit my goal.
