When comparing them, I found the EAS carb advantage shakes more comparable to the IP shakes than the Atkins. (more sugar and carbs, less protein in Atkins). Don't know about the bars. I have substituted the EAS shakes for my morning packet at least once a week, and keep one in the car 'just in case' I get caught out and get hungry....

No. Not at all. Look at the higher sugar amounts in the bars, soy snacks, and restricted hot foods. (all 3g to 7 g of sugar) EAS is 1 or 2 g of sugar higher than the shakes.. so from 1or 2 g in the IP to 2 or 3 in the EAS.

Also.. i have done so much reading on this board trying to get some add'l info and for some reason I can't open the attachments for the comparisons of alternate products. I need to order but don't want to pay the price from my coach but also want to get something that is most comparable. I know several people in here have ordered there own stuff.. What site is it that is most comparable also the products you would order that matches the closest so I can just go and order. I do thank you for all your help and I look forward to your reply.

You should be able to double-click or right click on the attachments and they should either open in your .pdf reader or you should get a dialog box asking if you want to download the file to your computer.

the EAS shakes have 0 g of Sugar... as in none. The sweetener is sucralose. I must have been thinking of the Atkins shakes when I referenced the sugar content in grams. SORRY!! |

For me, hot tea works. I keep an assortment of teas, mostly herbal and decaf types but I really love the GOOD EARTH ORIGINAL too, and when a craving hits I can quickly make a cup of tea. The heat seems to help me and the flavors are usually potent enough to kill a craving. Carla |
