Pumpkin cake
 

Pumpkin bread (like a cake)

2 cups of flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbs baking powder

3 eggs

2 cups os sugar (or sugar sub)

2tbs baking soda

2tbs cinnamon

2cups pumpkin

1 cup oil (of choice)

mix ingredient and put in a loaf pan' bake at 350 for 30 -35 min.

I added 1/2 c of chocolate chips to my cake.

this frosting goes with it; but I didnt make it.

1 stuck butter

1-8ox cream cheese (philly is better)

1 box powder sugar

1tsp vanilla

beat until fluffy


A few tips; I sub 1/2 of my flour with whole wheat flour and sugar w/ splenda.
