Ultimate Houston 2006 Workout partner
 

It was released today that my workout partner and I were picked as Houston's Ultimate workout partners. I still can't believe it. The picture is from February and I have lost another 50 pounds since that time. From being almost 600 pounds less than 3 years ago - and morbidly obese for the best part of 30 years to being picked as anyone's ultimate workout partner just seems unreal to me. So many people here at 3FC have helped me and encouraged me - I wanted to share that news with all of you.

Thank you to everyone who has helped inspire me, motivate me and just help keep me moving forward. I wish everyone the very best!

Thanks everyone for the super nice comments! It has been a fun journey and I still have a bit more to do. I am looking forward to my next goal of hitting 210 pounds. After that - my goal will be to maintain that weight within 5 pounds for 1 year - then 3 - then 5 - and well yea the rest of my life. The times spent running at soccer practice and the 1001 things I can do with my daughter now - make this the most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life.
