Need to lose 30 pounds
 
Hi,

Soooo I need to lose 30 pounds before August for my physical test. My plan is to go with intermitent fasting, running/push/situps and counting calories. Also cutting out energy drinks (which I used to drink too many a day), and lower my carb intake. Let me know if you have any input. By the way im currently at 230 and 6ft tall.
