Weight Loss Journey

  • It took me about a year, but I started losing weight. Fast! It all started freshman year of high school. I was a chubby little kid. I joined football in hopes to lose some weight and i did! We had these things called 2 a days. We would workout first thing in the morning and later on that day. Whilst still playing at practice
  • That’s a great way to start but remember to be consistent and confuse the body in workouts for more results! 👍🏽
