It was on one of those mail in diets where they send you the food. I have been on my own for the last 4 months. I did gain back 5 pounds but I wanted to stay between 170 and 175. I've been able to keep that up even during Covid. Here are some pictures I took last Nov at the Marine Corps Ball.

I watch what I eat now. Low carbs but most I look at the calorie content and make sure I stay low. I do allow myself some M&Ms from time to time. I have to say I feel so much better.

Good job, Carguy! You look great and probably feel great, too.
|
Congratulations! You look terrific! Well done :D

Thanks. This is going to be a lifetime change. No going back. I know now that I can't eat like I used to.

You took the words out of my mouth!

Congratulations.

Fantastic result. You look like a different person

That's amazing! I seriously take inspiration from people like you instead of celebrities with access to the best personal trainers that money can get. I started on a similar route as you with trying to do it on my own but unfortunately required outside help because of medical issues. I feel blessed I came across an online medical weight loss training program by Waist All Day and I've been smiling and feeling good since. Haven't loss too much weight yet but I'm consistent and on my way to it. Good luck on your journey ahead!

Well During Covid. I gained a little so I went back to my diet and now have lost even more. My new goal is 165 and I seem to be hovering between 167 and 169. Hoping to make it by the end of the month.
