I eat everything that i used to eat, only a lot less. My diet is not changed at all. I just try to eat less. I'll try to put my nutritions too not just the numbers.

You did capuccino - I gues form the little bag ? That stopped your process! Sorry about that...you have to eat and drink "clean". No cappucino, not even simple milk if you can...coffe black! I heard that people in USA dont drink black! Is that so? I drink only machiato - black coffe with real milk - or just black. Dont drinki anything called chino, extra this and that - because its not a coffe - its a dessert! Best regards from Europe! I see the problems with weight are the same on any side of Atlantic ocean! :) |
