First goal achieved.
 

Joined this group about 17 days ago.
Read, and adopted some ideas. I set a short term goal of being below 160lbs before 17/12/16. Started at 167.4.
Pleased to say I managed this by Thursday 15th and have maintained 159.2lbs for the last two days. Despite attending a Christmas meal with colleagues from my profession yesterday evening. Thanks for the ideas.

Next goal is to be below 150lbs by 23rd Feb 2017, we are seeing the Pet Shop Boys in Edinburgh.

Way to go! Congrats. My goal is 150 by the end of February too!!!! Welcome and look at the challenges. I have found they really help me stay honest to myself and to keep me on track. There are also threads for weight ranges. Come join the 150's thread.
