I have a medical condition that makes it very easy for me to gain weight as well, so I completely get where you are coming from. Maintaining the loss is certainly not an easy task to do -- you are a true example of hard work, determination, and commitment!
no loose skin? What a blessing! And all that muscle must weigh something! 300 pounds lost in 18 months is an amazing accomplishment! That is over 16 pounds per month! I would never be able to keep that up.
