You have the perfect shape. You're so tiny and adorable! Even in your before picture you're absolutely gorgeous.

WOW! You look great! WTG!! Beautiful!!

Did you have much trouble with loose skin?

What calorie range did you do?

What calorie range will you do for maintenance?

Wow, that is simply an incredible loss for that period of time! You should be so proud of yourself and it seems like you have made great changes to make maintenance a breeze

Thank you everyone for the kind words! Your all so sweet.

to answer these questions...

I did have loose skin on my lower stomach but jump roping has tightened it up. i only have to jump rope a minute a day and it seems to tighten those muscles. I work out on the elliptical for 30 min a day if its to cold to run my 6 miles. I do have some on my arms but i don't work them out as much as i should and i think if i lifted weights it would go away. I was really discouraged when i got down to 190. I had so much loose skin i felt worse than i did when i was at 300. I felt flawed and like i couldn't fix it without surgery. Working out religiously has defiantly changed that, it took a good 4 months but hard work has paid off. I'll probably never wear a bikini but i never have anyways! lol.

I started with 1600 calories a day and i'm down to 1200 a day. I will probably stick to the 1200 a day and just treat myself once a week to a "normal" meal as when i do that i tend to stay the same weight all week. I think it would be way to easy for me to fall into the trap of eating high calorie foods. I think dieting is something i'll just have to do for the rest of my life. I feel really good on the foods i've been eating so i'll stick to it and when i go out with the girls i can maybe eat that fried shrimp i love so much or enjoy that margarita I'll stick to weighing myself every morning to keep on track.
