iT SAYS i AM 180 PDS- BUT i WEIGH 174 NOW . HOW TO CHANGE IT?

Go into the user control panel marked as User CP up top, and then click on edit profile. You will see where you entered your weight under s/c/g (starting/current/goal), and you can change it there. Just make sure to select save changes on that screen.
