    First, congratulations! What you've accomplished is amazing and inspiring.

    And thank you for a very insightful posting about dealing with life post-weight loss. You're right -- I think a lot of us do think that our lives will miraculously change once we've lost the weight. Getting your perspective now gives me something to think about going forward.

    Oh you have Done something extraordinary! You did it! and you look AWESOME! I so congratulate you! and I thank you for your words... All the times I lost weight in the past I thought that I would win the Lottery so to speak and have a HAPPY Life... well... you have to work at that too... it just does not magically happen and I thank you for your story and your proof that YOU (me) can do it!!

    Thank you for posting this. Reading it actually brought a tear to my eye. You look amazing and should be so proud of yourself! I am very glad to hear that you have not only lost the weight but grown introspectively. You've given me alot to think about and have given me a bit of a kick in the butt!
