This time I KNOW for sure I NEVER can eat like other people and I can not fool myself. I kept it off for over a year last time and started rewarding my self and starting to eat like " normal people" ( those people are mostly unhealthy and overweight anyways}.
This time I track my foods and plan to continue. I always exercised through the weight gain but it is not enough...
I before and this time ALREADY found the way I eat very easy...whats hard is when I break away from it...not a meal or a snack or a day....I mean FALL OFF. It 3 years to get back to this weight because I never did it for more than a week until 101 days ago
Also dropped another # today.
