A1C Check
 

Wow so September 2011 I had my A1C done and it was 9. boo.... that is bad. I got my A1C done again this month (April) and it is 5.6. I am feeling so great about that!!! The funny thing is I would still eat sweet things just not all the time. I would eat it and then get on the treadmill for like 45 minutes and it was like I never even had it. I know cheating. :carrot: I have lost 49 pounds since then. I am pumped!!! Anyone else have a good A1C?

Great progress, congratulations!!! I've brought mine down from 6.3 to 5.7. Not that great, but I'm working on it and getting rechecked in June. Great job! :D
