You're absolutely right...the one thing that is different this time from all the other times I have tried to lose weight is my thinking. A different lifestyle is the key to weight loss, and you can only do it when you are committed to making those changes.

Very inspiring! I too have been heavy my ENTIRE life. My lowest weight was 170. I'm far from that. I'm a few years older than you, but I hope to achieve the same success. Good luck in the maintenance phase of your journey! You are an inspiration!!!
