Stories like yours spur me on in my own weight loss journey, and although i don't have as much weight to lose as you did, the idea that you could be so resolute throughout your journey makes mine seem a whole lot easier.

Loss for life and Sonoia, thank you for the beautifully written words of inspiration and affirmation. Even though I have a tremendous amount of weight to still lose, I have always fought hard to not define myself or allow others to define me by my size.
