2 years ago I lost 75 lbs without gimmicks, drugs, or pricey company prepackaged foods or surgery. I did it the natural way, with a weight loss coach who was available 7 days a week, it really helped to talk to someone who had won the battle and maintained. I think the natural way will make you successful long term. I have lost more than my goal, and surprisingly I haven't lost my curves, and I'm never really hungry.
