Yes that web site shows what we mothers REALLY look like! I am not perfect. I have the body of a real woman with stretch marks and all!

Veg/vegan diet and walking! My weight loss started around Jan/Feb 2010 and I reached 110 pounds in April. It was a long and slow process. I also have asthma that hindered and hurried my loss at various points.
