You have done a great thing for yourself and you look wonderful! I am also working on getting fit later in life .. I just turned 60. It's never too late to be healthier and happier!

I hope to have the same outcome as you have by the time I hit 50 in Feb of next year. I have already got the type 2 diabetes, thryoid, cholesterol and triglyceride issues but want to see them get better. I started in July so you are truly an inspiration for me.......... It can be done................
