Some wedding photos from my oldest son's wedding....2 weeks ago. Current weight is 128 lbs....and wearing a size 8-10 dress. If you scroll back a bit to an earlier post, you can see me at 195 lbs....size 2x.
The wedding was fabulous.

darn...one of the first 2 showed up here as a link....what the heck am I doing wrong? Somehow the first 2 photos got replaced by these other 2....but here is one of them in a link. I am just hopeless when it comes to technical computer stuff. These 2 photos showing replaced the 2 I had there originally? WTF?? Don't know how the heck I managed to do that.....and now this link shows one of the first 2 photos that went missing. Good grief.

I started Atkins in late August of 2009.....and I think I made it to goal by early spring 2010....so approx. 8 months.
I lost a bit more due to recent dental surgery. Lost a total of about 65 lbs. in about 8 months. I'm doing a revised Atkins maintenance now (revision needed due to dental surgeries). I love Atkins.

OH....and I quit smoking almost 3 weeks ago....using the electronic cigarette....though I got them without nicotine. I felt the addiction was psychological rather than a physical dependency......and this is working great even without the nicotine....and haven't gained any weight during that time. That was usually one of the main reasons I'd start smoking again in the past....but I think I have this conquered. Held off on the dental surgery AND the quitting smoking until I lost the weight I wanted to lose.
